1. I have registered for a paid course but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I would like to defer/postpone my class.

Please drop an email to enquiry@softsource.com.sg  with your  particulars (full name, contact number, course registered previously, course date that you intend to register for) 10 working days before the date of course commencement or before the registration close date as listed in SoftSource Solutions ONLINE.

An administrative charge of $20 (inclusive of GST) will be imposed for all approved deferment/postponed classes.

After the registration closes, all deferment/requests to postpone will result in a 100% forfeit in course fees.

2. I am unable to attend the class that I have registered for and would like transfer the seat to a colleague/friend (or if you like your colleague/friend to replace you).

Please drop an email to enquiry@softsource.com.sg  with your particulars and your replacement’s particulars (full name, contact number, email, course registered previously, course date that your replacement intends to register for) 10 working days before the date of course commencement or before the registration close date as listed in SoftSource Solutions ONLINE.

An administrative charge of $20 (inclusive of GST) will be imposed for all approved deferment/postponed classes.

After the registration closes, all transfers/replacement requests will result in a 100% forfeit in course fees.

3. I have registered and paid for a course but would like to withdraw my registration.

Please drop an email to enquiry@softsource.com.sg  with your  particulars (full name, contact number, course registered previously) 10 working days before the date of course commencement or before the registration close date as listed in SoftSource Solutions ONLINE.

A 50% refund of the paid course fees will be returned upon approval of cancelled registrations.

After the registration closes, all requests for registration withdrawal will result in a 100% forfeit in course fees.

4. The course that I have registered and paid for has commenced, but I wish to withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances.

All requests for withdrawal from courses that has commenced will result in a 100% forfeit in course fees.
